Bond Launches the “Post-Feed” Social Network to Connect Your Memories
Built by veterans of Google, Meta, and Twitter, Bond captures your memories and turns them into new discoveries.
SAN FRANCISCO – Apr. 21, 2026 – Bond, a new app built to capture your memories and make them useful, officially launched today, introducing a “post-feed” era of social networking. Unlike legacy platforms designed to keep you addicted to screens, Bond has no ads, no follower counts, and no infinite feeds. Instead, the app turns your real-life experiences into interactive recommendations for what to do next.
At a time when people are overwhelmed by endless content and infinite choices, Bond offers an alternative. Each day, the average person spends more than 2 hours scrolling social platforms and 2 hours making basic life decisions. Bond shifts the focus from passive consumption and indecision to active creation by offering memory-based tools, measuring its success by the memories you make in real life rather than the time you spend in the app.
“Social networks were built as tools for connection, but evolved into the most toxic consumer product since the cigarette. They aren’t social anymore, they’re just designed to consume your life,” said Dino Becirovic, co-founder and CEO of Bond. “We built Bond to flip that dynamic. Instead of losing yourself in a feed, we help you capture your memories and use them to inspire what you do next.”
Bond’s team has experience building the platforms that shaped the modern internet including ChatGPT, Facebook, Google Gemini, Instagram, RedNote, TikTok, and Twitter. The company was founded by Dino Becirovic, who previously worked at Kleiner Perkins and Index Ventures, and as part of the Corporate Strategy team at Twitter; and Hanxin Jin, who previously served as the VP of International Product at Xiaohongshu and as an engineering lead at Meta. Bond’s founding researcher, Arthur Bražinskas, co-led efforts to incorporate user signals at Google Gemini. The company is backed by early-stage venture firms Caffeinated Capital, known for its investments in Affirm, Aven, and Notion, and RELENTLESS.
How Bond Works
Bond captures your memories and turns them into discoveries with a simple AI-native interface. To start, upload a photo and narrate the backstory via voice or text. The app transforms all your interactions into "memories" that save your experiences, facts, personality, and preferences. Memories are connected to inspire recommendations and generate answers. The more you interact with Bond, the better discoveries you make.
Key features include:
- Actionable Discovery - Use your memories to get personalized recommendations for you and your friends. Spend less time deciding and more time doing.
- Performance-Free Sharing - Speak your mind and share what matters to you without the pressure of followers, likes, or feeds. Post for yourself first to capture memories, and then for friends.
- Meaningful Connection - Connect with friends to participate in their memories, discover ideas together, and build bonds that carry over into real life.
- Interactive Memory Archive - Explore the memories you capture, revisit past experiences, and identify new patterns in your life to live better.
“We collectively spent decades building platforms that prioritized engagement over people,” said Hanxin Jin, co-founder of Bond. “With Bond, we’re intentionally designing for the opposite. We put people first and are building a tool to empower their lives.”
